I loved the spacious comfort double room with a stunning city view, especially while relaxing after a long day. The air conditioning managed the summer heat well, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the staff were always helpful and accommodating, making my stay pleasant.

The pillows were strangely uncomfortable, which impacted my sleep quality.

I enjoyed my stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel Warsaw. The view from my Comfort Double Room on the 21st floor was absolutely breathtaking, showcasing the beautiful city skyline. Breakfast was delightful, with a variety of fresh items to choose from, setting my day off right.

Check-in was a bit slow.

I was blown away by the panoramic views from my room on the 21st floor. Watching the city light up at night was a magical experience. Breakfast was an absolute treat with an extensive buffet that catered to every taste-fruit-infused water was a refreshing bonus! The spacious room was super comfortable and perfect for working, with reliable WiFi that kept me connected effortlessly.

The hotel setup felt outdated. Arriving was a bit chaotic, no early check-in, and only two staff at reception. The room on the 19th floor was spacious but had very few outlets, specifically none by the bedside. It was frustrating searching behind the TV for a plug. Even more annoying was the noise from the next room. the walls felt thin. Despite the large space, the decor severely needs updating. The pillows were oddly uncomfortable, making sleep a challenge. The bathroom also had moldy seals, which wasn’t pleasant to see. I did appreciate that the room was clean and tidy upon arrival. Location was decent, easy to reach attractions. Breakfast options were limited, especially given the price. I felt it wasn’t worth it. Parking was a hassle, but I liked how close the hotel was to supermarkets and restaurants. Wouldn't revisit, mainly due to room conditions and staff responsiveness.

I stayed on the 24th floor, enjoying great panoramic views. The check-in staff, particularly Margarita, greeted me with warmth. The room felt spacious and clean, featuring effective A/C and a well-stocked coffee machine. I highly recommend asking for a high floor for the best views.

This hotel was a balanced option for a quick trip in Warsaw with fantastic value for money. The charming barman makes a great negroni, which I enjoyed after a long day of exploring the city. Look for nearby restaurants for better dining options!

The Leonardo offers a great location close to the city center, making it very convenient for business. The room was spacious with adequate amenities, and the cleanliness of the facilities was commendable. Additionally, the hotel has six well-equipped conference rooms, which are ideal for meetings and training sessions.

Service during check-in was chaotic and unhelpful.
